Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, email us at hello@beaverbutter.com. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.

Shipping Address Change

Once the shipping label has been created, we cannot update the shipping address. If the order was returned to us due to an address error, you can change the shipping address for $7.25. If you wish not do that, the order will be canceled and you will receive a full store credit in the form of a gift card.
