Eligibility for Returns

  • Factory Sealed Items Only: To be eligible for a return, items must be factory sealed, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Products Purchased on Our Website: We only accept returns for items purchased directly from beaverbutter.com. Items purchased from third-party sellers or retailers are not eligible for returns.

Returns Process

  2. Return Authorization: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  3. Condition for Return: All returns must be unopened, unused, and returned in the original packaging.
  4. Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
